#10: My Weight Loss Journey

my mistakes & how I am doing it differently now

In this episode, I am getting vulnerable.. but it's for a good reason! I am helping you understand that you CAN get out of a bad relationship with food, confusion, and overwhelm and feeling defeated for not seeing results. 

There have been many ups and downs and countless years of memories blurred through the lens of "not being happy with my body". I couldn't tell you the last time I was content with, let alone proud of, my body... until this year! 

My story is long, but yours doesn't have to be! I learned a whole lot during the last 6 years and I wouldn't wish the same path to anyone. Now, my mission is to help YOU regain joy in your life! 

In this episode, I dive deep into

》when and where the whole food and body obsession started

》all of the ups and downs, different diets and exercises regimens I have done

》what it took to get out of this vicious cycle

》how I am in control over my body, weight, health and happiness now!

 2012 - definitely not overweight, but so unhappy I would have tried anything to get out of this situation...

 2019 - my lowest body weight. I was happy with my body, and unhappy with all of the other aspects of my life.

 2020, proud to say that I am happy and healthy!
