#5: Why The Scale Isn't Moving Even Though You are Giving 100%

Weight loss is and will remain my most requested topic! And I am here for it! Through going through ups and downs with my own weight and coaching countless women and men through losing weight successfully, I have learned my fair bit and I am sharing it with you today!

In today's episode, I am diving deep into weight fluctuations, weight plateaus, and why steady weight loss is so hard (and a myth). We all want that straight downward line when trying to lose weight, but it's just not happening. And here is why;

 

1. The Water Cup Effect: Latent potential is real and not understanding it is holding you back from achieving your ideal and best weight. 

2. Inconsistency: Be intentional and most importantly consistent with your habits, thoughts, and rituals and you will get to those results you are after. 

3. Weight Fluctuations: Why they are happening, what it means, and how to overcome the fear of "just not losing weight".
