Carbs are the devil, right? Our society has become carb-phobic in the hopes to find the quick fix! Everywhere we look, we can see or hear people talk about how carbs are bad for you, how carbs make you fat and why and how to avoid them. Low-carb products are on the rise, and it is not going to change very soon... 

Nonetheless, carbs are essential to any healthy, balanced, and varied diet. In this episode, I am going to answer the most frequently asked questions about carbs that I receive on a daily basis.
