Sophie Medlin is a well-recognized consultant dietitian in London. She is a go-to spokesperson for media for evidence-based nutrition and is regularly featured in newspapers, TV shows, and podcasts!
She specializes in gastrointestinal and colorectal health, including medical conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and colorectal dysfunction.
She was also a lecturer at King’s College London when I was completing my Master’s and due to our common interest in Sports Nutrition, she has become my nutrition mentor and friend! She taught me everything I know about nutrition coaching and consultations, and I owe her so much for what I am now able to do!
